Pleasure boats may be brought into the country without a specific license.
For all pleasure boats entering Danish harbours directly from a non-Schengen country, the person in charge must hand in a list of all people onboard including names, birthdates and nationalities. This list must be delivered to the harbour office immediately after arrival. The harbour office forwards the list to the police.

The Schengen countries are:
Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Iceland, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Luxembourg, France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Greece, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Slovenia, Slovakia, The Czech Republic, Hungary, and Malta.
